    I own a local farm and have been coming to The Cholmondeley Arms as a customer for many years

    Cider (any), Fizz (any), Edinburgh Rhubarb and ginger gin with ginger ale, Grouse Whiskey with ginger ale

    My little dog Molly (and my three sons obviously)

    My mum. She was always doing something.

  1. Tell us something interesting about yourself! I  once scored a free kick at the Kop end at Anfield. I also missed 3 penalties at the Kop end, but we don’t talk about that.
  2. What Meal would be your last? Roast lamb dinner, plenty of mint sauce and roast potatoes, couple of slices of bread to mop the gravy up!
  3. What’s your favourite tipple? I don’t really have one, most of the time I’d rather have a cup of tea! A coconut rum and coke was my ‘holiday drink’ in years gone by, so happy memories with that.
  4. What do you love most in life? Finding a bargain and a nice relaxing bath. Sometimes I combine the two!
  5. What do you dislike most in life? People who don’t indicate!
  6. Who is your hero? I  don’t have heroes, but I do respect a lot of people. None more than my parents and my sister

  1. Tell us something interesting about yourself! I used to be a yacht stewardess and travelled around some of the world’s most glamorous locations on luxury yachts (mainly making the coffee and cleaning the loos!)
  2. What Meal would be your last? It would have to be a big bowl of vongole or moules mariniere, sitting somewhere on the Mediterranean coast with a bottle of wine and a good book.
  3. What’s your favourite tipple? An oaky, buttery Chardonnay.
  4. What do you love most in life? Travelling. I’ve travelled for most of my adult life, and have lived in the Florida Keys, Mallorca, Los Angeles, Mexico and Costa Rica!
  5. What do you dislike most in life? Rudeness. Bad coffee. Banana Peel.

    I’ve just bought my first house, which hasn’t been touched since the 1930’s. It currently has a forest in the garden, a bright blue bath and huge cracks in the wall, but I’m loving every minute of renovating it!

    I love a gin martini with a twist or a perfect Manhattan served straight up

    Spending time with my partner, mum, sister and niece. Having a gossip over great food & wine in a cosy restaurant or pub

    My grandad, he’s the kindest person I’ve ever met and I’ll always look up to him.Beyonce is a close second though.

  1. Tell us something interesting about yourself! I worked as a BA Cabin Crew member for 5 years and travelled the world.
  2. What Meal would be your last?All the food in the world, and my favourite is still a good old Nandos!
  3. What’s your favourite tipple? I rarely drink, but I do love a Marlborough Sauvignon.
  4. What do you love most in life? Exploring a new place/city or going on an adventure.

  6. Who is your hero? My nana, the most remarkable human I’ve ever met. – She is 101 this year!
